Hill Directors and John Earle Hodges Secretary of the Land and Trust
Company of Florida limited, to me known and known to me to be
respectively Directors and members of the Board of Directors and
Secretary of said Company and to be the individuals described in and
who have executed the within Trust Deed or instrument of writing
and the Contents thereof being by me first made known to them they
severally acknowledged to me that they signed sealed and delivered the said
Trust Deed or Instrument of writing as such directors and Secretary
as the voluntary act and deed of the said Land and trust Company of
Florida Limited. I also further Certify that the seal affixed to the
within Trust Deed or Instrument of writing is the seal of the said
Land and Trust Company of Florida Limited and that the same was
