Second Session in AD 1890 and authorizing and permitting
us to sell and Convey the lands hereinafter Conveyed and described
and for and in Consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars to us
Cash in hand paid by J.A. Carlisle as Trustee with full power of sale with
out the intervention or the order of any Court, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged do hereby grant bargain sell and Convey unto him the
said J.A. Carlisle as Trustee as aforesaid all of the following described
piece parcel or tract of land situated and lying and being in Alachua
County Florida to wit, Commencing at a point on the Southern boun
dary line of Section (34) Thirty four, Township Nine (9) Range Twenty
(20) S & E which point is located (15 1/2) fifteen and a half Chains
East of the south West Corner of said Section (34) Thirty four Township
Nine (9) Range Twenty (20) S & E: Thence running North Ten (10)
Chains Thence East Five (5) Chains, Thence South Ten (10) Chains
Thence West along said Southern boundary of said Section Five (5)
Chains to the point of beginning. Containing Five acres of land more
or less, and lying and being in Section Thirty Four (34) Township
Nine (9) Range Twenty (20) S & E, To have and to hold the same
together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging in fee simple absolute forever
and we the said Trustees aforesaid do hereby Covenant and agree
with the said J.A. Carlisle as Trustee aforesaid that we we are
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby Conveyed
and that we have good right and lawful authority to sell and
Convey the same, that the same is free and unincumbered of
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and
our successors in office, shall and will Warrant and defend the
title to the same, unto him the said J.A. Carlisle as Trustee with
full power of sale without the intervention or order of any Court
and to his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of all and any person or persons whomsoever now
Claiming or hereafter to claim the same, In Witness Whereof we
have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this 3rd
day of December AD 1890

and deliver the foregoing deed of Conveyance for the uses and pur
poses therein Contained and expressed and that he together with
R.H. Porter signed the same as subscribing Witnesses thereto
