an acre according to the Official plat of the survey of the said Land
returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General, 
Now Know Ye That there is therefore granted by the United States unto 
the said Alfred Hodge the tract of land above described, To have and 
to hold the said tract of land with the appurtenances thereof unto the 
said Alfred Hodge and to his heirs and assigns forever 
In Testimony Whereof I Grover Cleveland President of the United 
States of America have Caused these letters to be made Patent and 
the seal of the General Land Office to be hereunto affixed. Given

Alachua County   } Henry Hines and Delilah Hines his wife who
joins in this deed to release relinquish and renounce all of
her right and estate to Dower or other interest or estate in or to
the lands herein described, both of Alachua County Florida, for and
in Consideration of the sum of Forty eight hundred Dollars to us
Cash in hand on this day paid by Robert W. Winborne of Hart
ford County State of North Carolina and by the Camp Manu
facturing Company a Corporation of the State of Virginia the
receipt whereof we hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained
sold aliened and Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien and Convey unto the said Robert W. Winborne, Twenty five
forty eighths (25/48) and to the Camp Manufacturing Company twenty
three forty Eighths(23/48) of the following described land situated
lying and being in Alachua County State of Florida to wit,
the North West quarter of Section Eighteen (18) in Township (9)
Nine South of Range Seventeen (17) East Containing, one hund
red and Sixty Acres more or less, Together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same be
longing or in any wise appertaining, To have and to hold the said
Twenty five forty eighths (25/48ths) interest and estate in and to and of
said lands to him the said Robert W. Winborne and to his heirs
Executors administrators and assigns, and the said Twenty Three
forty eighths (23/48ths) interest and Estate in to and of said lands
to the said Camp Manufacturing Company and to its suc
cessors heirs and assigns in fee simple absolutely forever
