Abraham R. Colburn }
      to           }  Satisfaction of Contract and Release of
Elhanan J. Copley  }  Collateral Security
Whereas on the 15th day of June AD 1889, Elhanan J. Copley of New
Orleans, Louisiana and duly assigned in writing to me the undersigned Abra
ham R. Colburn, all his right title and interest in and to a certain Con
tract for the purchase of an interest in Certain lands in the State of Florida
and made by said Copley with one Darius N. Avery of Detroit Michigan
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Alachua
County Florida in Deed Book 30 at page 274 on the 20th day of April
AD 1889: and which said Assignment is of record in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Alachua County Florida in Deed
Book 30 at page 534 and whereas said Assignment was Conditional and
as Collateral security only for the performance on the part of said Copley
of a Certain other agreement made and entered into between said Copley
and the undersigned on the 15th day of June AD 1889, Now therefore I
Abraham R. Colburn the said assignee of said Copley and Avery Contract
do hereby acknowledge full satisfaction and performance of the Conditions
and obligations of said Copley and Colburn agreement, and Release all claim
and lien on said Copley and Avery Contract and the lands covered thereby
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th day of
October AD 1890 }
