of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof he
does hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto her the said Mary V.
Sibley all that Certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit, Beginning at the SE Corner of Lot 10 Sec 12 T9 S R20 E
Thence running 396 feet North, Thence 660 feet West, Thence 396 feet South
Thence 660 feet East to place of beginning, Containing by estimation Six (6)
acres of land more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper
taining. To have and to hold the same unto her the said Mary V. Sibley and
to her heirs Executors Administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
And he the said Alonzo B. Bogar does hereby Covenant and agree to and with
the said Mary V. Sibley that he is lawfully Seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby Conveyed and that he has good right to sell and Convey the
same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever
and that he will and his heirs Executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said Mary V. Sibley
and to her heirs Executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this 1st day of November AD 1890
