and by these presents do give grant bargain sell and Convey unto
him the said Giles J. Burnett in trust for the proper use and benefit
of his said Son Burnett the following described lands situate in said
County and State, all my undivided interest in and to the East half
of the North West Quarter of Section Twelve in Township Eight South
of Range Eighteen East, as heir at law of my father John W. Burnett
late of said County deceased, and also all my undivided interest in
and to the East half of Lot 14 and all of Lot 15 in the North half
Range according to plat of the Town of Newnansville in said County
and State, And also all the goods and Chattels, Consisting of horses
Mules Cattle hogs wagons and household goods money or effects
which I the said John W. Burnett may own and possess at my
death, or whatever may be the remainder of said goods and chattels
after the payment of my just debts, To have and to hold unto
him the said Giles J. Burnett as said Trustee for the proper use
and benefit of his said Son John Wm Burnett with full power to
sell and Convey the same as his Judgment and discretion may
see fit and proper for the best interest of his said Son John Wm
Burnett. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
Affixed my seal this the day and year first above written

The Grantor Jno C. Chambers of Marion County Florida in
Consideration of Ten Dollars paid being seized in fee simple
hereby Grant bargain sell and Convey with the general Covenants of
Quit claim unto Jno J. Barr his heirs and assigns forever, to have
and to hold in fee simple the following described Real Estate in
Alachua County Florida to wit, All of Section Thirty (30) Township
Eleven (11) Range Twenty one (21), less seventy acres previously
sold to N.A. Bailey, and less all submerged lands on Fish
Pond or Fish Prairie up to Timber lines in said Section (30)
I also Convey to the said Barr Seventy acres in fractional
Section Nineteen (19) out of that part bordering on said
