State of Tennessee } This Indenture made and entered into
County of Bradley } this 2nd day of December AD 1890 between
Sarah J. Maroon and Silas Maroon her husband, Martha
A. Johnson and Oliver Johnson her husband, Julia C. Boone
and Ella Boone Spinsters Daniel Boone Bachelor, and Samuel
Boone Bachelor, heirs at law of W.C. Hagler deceased, all of Said
State and County, and James B. Brown and Andrew J. Cone
of Alachua County State of Florida, Witnesseth that for and
in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to us
in hand paid by the said Brown and Cone, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged: we the said Sarah J. Maroon
and Silas Maroon her husband, Martha A. Johnson, Oliver
Johnson her husband, Julia C. Boone and Ella Boon Spin
sters and Daniel Boone Bachelor and Samuel Boone Bachelor -
have granted bargained sold aliened and Conveyed and by
these presents do bargain sell alien and Convey unto the said
Brown and Cone their heirs and assigns an undivided one
fourth intertest in and to the following described land Situ
ate lying and being" in Alachua County State of Florida to wit
South East quarter, South East quarter of North East quar
ter, South East quarter of South West quarter, Section Twenty
nine, and South west quarter of North West Quarter and
the north west quarter of South West Quarter of Section Twenty
Eight, Also the south East quarter of the south West Quar
ter of Section Twenty and the South East Quarter of North West
Quarter of Section Sixteen all in Township Eight South Range
Seventeen East, Containing by estimation Four Hundred
Acres more or less, Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances in any wise be
longing or appertaining Whatsoever, To have and to Hold
the same unto them the said James B. Brown and A.J. Cone
and to their heirs forever, and the said Sarah J. Maroon and
Silas Maroon her husband, Martha A. Johnson and Oliver
Johnson her husband, Julia C. Boone and Ella Boone Spinsters
and Daniel Boone Bachelor and Samuel Boone bachelor
do Covenant and agree that they are the lawful heirs of
Wm C. Hagler deceased, that they are seized in fee and have
good right to sell the same, and they further Covenant and
Agree that they and their heirs will and shall forever Warrant
and defend the title to the land hereby Conveyed against our
selves and against all others Claiming or to Claim the Same
to the said James B. Brown and A.J. Cone to their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever
