Containing forty achors more or less. Together with all the rights privileges
titles claimes and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining to the same. To have and to Hold, the same unto them
their heirs and assigns forever, and we the said parties of the first part
do futher Covenant & agree with the said parties of the second that
at the time of the delivery of these presents that we are lawfully seized
of afore granted primices and that we are the lawful owners of said
primices and we the said partys of the first part futher declair
that said primices is free from all in cumbrances whatever and
we do for ourselves our heirs Executors Administrators and assigns
forever warrant and defend the same unto the said parties of the sec
ond part against the lawful claims and demands of all persons what
soever as well in law as equity. Given under our hands seals
this the 24th day of January AD 1889.

AD 1889 before me personally appeared George W. Martin and Elizabeth
Martin his wife to me well Known as the persons described in and
who executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance and severally acknowl
edged thereof to be their free act and deed for the benefits and pur
poses therein mentioned, and the said Elizabeth Martin wife of the
said G.W. Martin on an examination made separately apart from
her said husband did acknowledge before me she made herself a
party to the said deed for the purpose of Releasing and Relinquishing
her Dower or separate Estate in and to the land and tenements here
ditaments therein described and that such relinquishment is
made by her freely and Voluntarily and without Constraint appre
hension or fear of or from her said husband, in witness our hand and seal
