State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Mrs Sarah
Alachua County   } A. Patterson widow and relict of Thomas Patterson
late of Alachua County Florida deceased, and Mrs Mary E. McCarroll
daughter and an heir at law of the said Thomas Patterson and Michael
G. McCarroll her husband, and William B. Patterson, Son and an
heir at law of the said Thomas Patterson, and Sarah E. Patterson
his wife, all of Alachua County Florida, for and in Consideration of the
sum of One Dollar to us in hand paid by Mrs Elizabeth Pinkoson
daughter and an heir at law of the late Thomas Patterson deceased who
departed this life in testate in Gainesville Alachua County Florida and
for the further consideration of effecting a mutual partition of the real
Estate of the late Thomas Patterson without having recourse to the
Courts and to save further expense in the premises, said real Estate
being situate in Gainesville, Alachua County Florida, a plat of the
same as surveyed and platted by P.F. Jenkins Civil Engineer of
Gainesville Florida, being of record in Book of Plats "A" at page
Twenty one, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Alachua County
Florida, Have granted bargained sold remised, released quit claimed and
Conveyed all of our right title interest claim and demand of whatsoever
Kind or nature in law or in equity as heirs at law of the late Thomas
Patterson, deceased and do by these presents grant bargain sell remise re
lease, quit claim and Convey the same as heirs at law of Thomas Patterson
aforesaid, in and to that certain lot piece or parcel of land situate ly
ing and being in Gainesville Alachua County Florida and more par
ticularly described as lot numbered Three of the Thomas Patterson Estate
in said Gainesville Florida as the same is laid down on Jenkins Survey
and plat of the same less (15) Fifteen feet on the south which is reserved
and left for a Street, Together with all and Singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertain
ing, To have and to hold the same unto her the said Mrs Elizabeth
Pinkoson her heirs, executors and administrators in fee simple abso
lute forever, The said Mrs Elizabeth Pinkoson and her husband
Hymen Pinkoson having conveyed to us and Mrs Susan Maria
Stapleton, the other heir at law of Thomas Patterson deceased by various
instruments in writing all of her right title interest claim and de
mand in law or in equity in and to the rest and residue of the
real Estate belonging to the Estate of the late Thomas Patterson deceased
and Known on Jenkins Survey & plat of the same as Lots numbered
one, Two, Four, and Five. In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set
our hands and seals this the 1st day of March AD 1888
