on the Public Domain" and the acts supplemental thereto the claim of Isaac
C. Corbett has been established and duly Consumated in conformity to law for the 
East half of the South East quarter of Section Nine, and the west half of the South
West quarter of Section Ten in Township Ten South of Range Fifteen East of Talla
hassee Meridian in Florida Containing one hundred and Sixty one acres and eighty
hundredths of an acre, according to the official Plat of the Survey of the said Land 
returned to the General Land office by the Surveyor General, Now Know ye That 
there is therefore granted by the United States unto the said Isaac C. Corbett the 
tract of land above described: To have and to hold the said tract of land with 
the appurtenances thereof unto the said Isaac C. Corbett and to his heirs and assigns 
forever. In testimony whereof I Chester A. Arthur President of the United States 
of America have caused these letters to be made Patent and the seal of the General 
Land Office to be hereunto affixed. Given under my hand at the City of Washington 
the thirteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred 
and Eighty three and of the Independence of the United States the one hundred and eighth

State of Florida  } This Indenture made this fifth day of August in
County of Alachua } the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and Eighty one, Between Laura Dell and John B. Dell her husband and
Trustee for Laura Dell of the property herein below described parties of the
first part and John E. Mathews parties of the second part, all of said
State and County, Witnesses, That the parties of the first part for and
in Consideration of the sum of One hundred and Twenty Dollars lawful
money to the aforesaid Laura Dell well and truly paid by the parties of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Do by these pres
ents grant bargain, alien sell transfer, convey, release and Confirm unto
the said parties of the second part, their heirs, administrators and assigns
all of the following lands situate lying and being in the aforesaid State
and County and Known as described on the public Maps as follows
to wit, The (SE 1/4 of SW 1/4) South East quarter of the South West quar
ter of Section (9) None, Township (10) Ten Range (15) Fifteen South and
East Containing (40) forty acres more or less, together with the mem
bers rights privileges tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining: and also the interest
right claim and title as "Cestui que trust" in and to all and sin
gular the premises aforesaid, and the said parties of the first
part do bind themselves their heirs executors administrators
and each of them to warrant and forever defend the titles to the
premises aforesaid to the said parties of the second part
