therein expressed and Contained and with the intention and design to re
linquish, renounce and forever release unto the said John E. Mathews
his heirs and assigns all her right claim interest and title as "Cestui
que trust" in and to the premises thereby conveyed and the said Laura
Dell acknowledged that this release, relinquishment and Conveyance
of her interest in the premises aforesaid is made freely voluntarily and
without any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband or trustee
