therein expressed and Contained and with the intention and design to re
linquish, renounce and forever release unto the said John E. Mathews
his heirs and assigns all her right claim interest and title as "Cestui
que trust" in and to the premises thereby conveyed and the said Laura
Dell acknowledged that this release, relinquishment and Conveyance
of her interest in the premises aforesaid is made freely voluntarily and
without any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband or trustee

under an act of the Legislature of the State of Florida entitled "An Act
to Establish a uniform System of Common Schools and a University"
approved January 30, 1869, for and in Consideration of the sum of One
Dollar & twenty five Cents per acre to them in hand paid by John E.
Mathews of the County of Alachua State of Florida have granted bar
gained and sold, and do by these presents grant bargain sell and
Convey unto the said John E. Mathews and his heirs and assigns
forever the following described Lands to wit, The North
