Isham Jackson Elux}
      to          } Deed
H.L. Montgomery   }

State of Florida} In consideration of Four Hundred and Seventy four
Alachua County  } Dollars to us in hand paid by H.L. Montgomery the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged we Isham Jackson and Elizabeth
Jackson his wife doth hereby sell convey and release unto the said H.L.
Montgomery his heirs and assigns all of that certain plot or parcel of 
land lying in the aforesaid county and state, and commencing at the
south West corner of the south West quarter of the North East quarter of Sec
34 Township 11 Range 20 and running North Two chains & 12 links, Thence
North 64° East seventeen chains and 80 links, Thence South Ten Chains
Thence East Two & 92/100 chains, Thence South fifteen chains, Thence West
Nineteen chains and 56 1/2 links, Thence North Fifteen chains to the point
of beginning,    containing thirty nine & 1/10 acres more or less.  To have and
to hold the above described property together with all and singular
the improvements thereon unto the said H.L. Montgomery, his heirs and
assigns in fee simple forever.  Witness our hands and seals this 22nd 
day of Oct 1890.

State of Florida} Personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace
Alachua County  } in and for said County. Isham Jackson and Elizabeth
Jackson his wife to me well known as the parties to the foregoing deed
of conveyance who acknowledged that they signed sealed and delivered
the same for the purposes therein expressed and Elizabeth Jackson
on an examination separate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she signed the foregoing deed of her own free
will and accord and that she hereby relinquishes her right of dower
And separate estate in and to the said property
