The United States of America. To all to whom these presents shall come
Greeting, whereas in pursuance of the act of Congress approved September
28th 1850 entitled "An Act Granting Bounty Land to Certain Officers and
Soldiers who have been engaged in the Military Service of the United States
Warrant No 4802 for 80 Acres issued in favor of Larkin Cowart, Private
in Captain Johnson, Bryant, and Carters Companies, Georgia Volunteers
Florida War has been returned to the General Land office with evidence
that the same has been duly located upon the South half of the North East
quarter of Section Twenty five in Township Nine South of Range Twenty
two East in the District of Lands subject to sale at Newnansville Florida
Containing Seventy nine acres and Sixty three hundredths of an acre, according
to the official Plat of the Survey of the said land returned to the General
Land office by the Surveyor General, Now Know ye That there is therefore
granted by the United States unto the said Larkin Cowart the tract of land,
above described: To have and to hold the said tract of Land with the appur
tenances thereof unto the said Larkin Cowart and to his heirs and assigns
forever. In Testimony whereof I Franklin Pierce President of the United
States of America have Caused these Letters to be made Patent and the
Seal of the General Land office to be hereunto affixed. Given under my hand
at the City of Washington the First day of April in the year of our Lord,
one thousand Eight hundred and fifty four, and of the Independence
of the United States the seventy eighth

Know all men by these presents That the Trustees of the Internal
Improvement Fund under an Act of the General Assembly of the
State of Florida entitled "An Act to provide for and encourage a
liberal system of Internal Improvements in this State" approved
January 6th 1855, for and in Consideration of the sum of One
Dollar and twenty five Cents per acre to them in hand paid by
Hugh R. Williams of the County of Alachua State of Florida
have granted bargained and sold and do by these presents grant
bargain sell and Convey unto the said Hugh R. Williams and his
heirs and assigns forever the following described Lands to wit
The North West quarter of the North East quarter of Sec
tion Twenty five in Township Nine South of Range Twenty
two East Containing Thirty Nine 82/100 acres and lying and
