Conveyed and quit claimed and by these presents do grant bargain
Sell Convey and quit claim unto him the said Prince Little all that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit, In Ingrams Addition, Commencing at the South West Corner
of the Colored Baptist Church Lot in the City of Gainesville, Running
thence West One Hundred (100) feet, Thence North Fifty (50) feet, thence
East One Hundred (100) feet, Thence South fifty (50) feet to place of
beginning, Containing by estimation -- acres of land more or less,
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur
tenancies to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To
have and to hold the same unto him the said Prince Little and to
his heirs executors, administrators and assigns forever all and every
my right title interest claim and demand of every character whatsoever
which I have in and to all the said property and every part and
parcel thereof, In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal on this 10th day of February AD 1891

This Indenture made this Twenty third day of January AD
one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty three, between Charles W.
Brush and Julia A. VanNess the only surviving heirs at law and
devisees of Nehemiah Bruch deceased parties of the first part and
Adolphus M. Paschall and Eaton P. Paschall of Alachua County
and State of Florida parties of the second part. Witnesseth that
in Consideration of the sum of ($120) one hundred and twenty
Dollars paid by the said parties of the second part to the said
parties of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the said parties of the first part do hereby grant bargain sell
assign transfer and set over unto the said parties of the sec
ond part their heirs and assigns all that certain piece or
parcel of land situate and lying in Alachua County and State
of Florida and described as follows, that is to say, The South
West Quarter (SW 1/4) of the North West quarter (NW 1/4) of Section
