private Examination by me separate and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge and declare to me that the said foregoing instrument was
by her made and Executed, and that she made herself a party thereto
and executed the same and relinquished and renounced her dower
therein for the purpose of Conveying renouncing and relinquishing
All and every interest dower and right of dower in and to the lands
in said foregoing Conveyance described and that the same was
done by her freely and Voluntarily and without any fear or Compul
Sion Constraint apprehension or fear or Compulsion of or from her
said husband, In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and

Application 13024             } Whom these presents shall Come Greeting
Whereas There has been deposited in the General Land office of the United 
States a Certificate of Certificate of the Register of the Land office at Gaines
ville Florida, whereby it appears that pursuant to the act of Congress 
approved 20th May 1862 "To Secure Homesteads to Actual Settlers on the 
Public Domain" and the acts supplemental thereto the claim of John 
W.F. King has been established And duly Consumated in Conformity 
to law for the North East quarter of Section Eighteen in Township Ten
South of Range Fifteen East of Tallahassee Meridian in Florida,
Containing One hundred and Sixty One acres and Eighty two hundredths 
of an acre, according to the Official Plat of the Survey of the said 
Land returned to the General Land office by the Surveyor General
Now Know ye That there is therefore granted by the United States unto 
the said John W.F. King the tract of Land above described, To have 
and to hold the said tract of Land with the appurtenances thereof 
unto the said John W.F. King and to his heirs and assigns forever
In Testimony Whereof I Benjamin Harrison President of the United 
States of America have Caused these letters to be made Patent and the 
Seal of the General Land office to be hereunto affixed, Given under my 
hand at the City of Washington the twenty seventh day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ninety and of 
the Independence of the United States the one hundred and fifteenth
