J.M. Barco } Received from J.M. Barco the Sum of one
dollars in part payment of the following described land
Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida to wit: SE1/4 of SW1/4 and SW1/4 of SE1/4 of
Section 2, Tp 10 Range 14 East Containing 79 43/100 acres
more or less which we have this day sold to the said J.M.
Barco for the sum of $12 50/100 Dollars per acre the
balance to be paid within six months from date hereof
and we hereby obligate ourselves our heirs executors and assigns
to execute and deliver to the said J.M. Barco his heirs executors
or assigns a good and sufficient Warranty deed to said
lands free from all encumbrances with an abstract of
title to the Same. Provided the said J.M. Barco Shall
pay the balance of purchase money within the time
herein Specified. It being expressly understood that
neither party is bound by this instrument after the
expiration of the time specified. In testimony whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and seal this 5th day
