Convey and Confirm unto the said parties of the second part their heirs
administrators and assigns forever the said Certain tract lot or parcel
of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida the same being a part of the land described named and
mentioned in the petition and order aforesaid known and described
as follows, Lot (2) Two of Block (7) Town of Rochelle with the possession
and claim of the said Receiver his heirs Executors Administrators and
Assigns and of the Florida Southern Railway Company its successors and
assigns in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the
Appurtenances all and Singular the rights members hereditaments and
appurtenances to the said premises belonging or in anywise appertain
ing, To have and to hold the same unto the said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns to their and their benefit and behoof forever

To all whom it may Concern: Be it Known that on this Second
day of February AD 1891 personally appeared before me the undersigned
H.S. Jenison a Notary Public duly authorized and Commissioned under
the laws of Florida Joseph R. Panatt receiver of the Florida Southern
Railway Company who being personally known to me as such Receiver
acknowledged that he executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance as the
act and deed of the said Receiver for the uses and purposes therein

The State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we J.W. Phifer
Alachua County } W.A. Porter, T.W. Zetrouer R.M. Jennings and W.P.
Goodyear of the aforesaid County and State Trustees for Trinity M.E.
Church South, and whereas the piece of land with Church building
and furniture therein (Known as old Trinity) has ceased to be used
and occupied by said M.E. Church South as a place of worship
and in Consequence thereof reverts to the grantor his heirs or assigns
as will fully appear by reference to deed recorded on the 6th day
of October 1876 in deed book "J" pages 127 & 128 public registry of
Alachua County Fla, now therefore by virtue of authority vested in
us by the quarterly Conference for the Micanopy Circuit held
July 5th 1890 of said Church, for and in consideration of making
perfect and clear titles to the above named piece of property
