and for the further Consideration of One dollar to us in hand
paid by Sarah A. Foxworth and T.R. Kennedy of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold Conveyed and quit claimed and by these pres
ents do grant bargain sell Convey and quit claim unto them the said
Sarah A. Foxworth and T.R. Kennedy the piece of land and tenements
Known as old Trinity Church situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit Beginning at the Section line dividing Sections
21 and 28 where said line Crosses the Micanopy and Waldo pub
lic road (formerly known as the Micanopy and Black Creek road)
Thence running East on said Section line to the half mile post,
Thence North on the half mile line (140) one hundred and forty
yards, Thence West parallel with Section lines to the aforesaid Road
Thence along the East side of said Road South to the Section line and
place of beginning, said bounds being on the SE Corner of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4
of Section 21 Township 10 South Range 21 East Containing by estimation
Three (3) acres of land more or less, Together with all and singu
lar the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same be
longing or in anywise appertaining, To have and to hold the same
unto them the said Sarah A. Foxworth and T.R. Kennedy and to
their heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever, all and
every right title interest claim and demand of every Character
whatsoever which said Church has in and to the said property and
every part and parcel thereof. In witness whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals on this 9th day of March AD 1891
