The State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I George K.
Alachua County       } Broome of the aforesaid County and State for and
in Consideration of the sum of Five Dollars to me in hand paid
by E.S. Haile of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the re
ceipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
Conveyed and quit claimed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell convey and quit claim unto her the said E.S. Haile all that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit. All of the West Half of section 29 Township 10 Range 19
S and E, north of the FC & P Rail Road bought by me at Tax Sale
of 1881, as well appear by reference to Book "B" page  where said Tax
Title is recorded; also the West half of Section 20 Township 10 Range 19
S & E purchased by me at said Tax sale, Containing by estimation
~~ acres of land more or less, Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong
ing or in any wise appertaining, To have and to hold the same
unto her the said E.S. Haile and to her heirs Executors adminis
trators and assigns forever all and every my right title interest
claim and demand of every Character whatsoever which I have
in and to the said property and every part and parcel thereof
