The State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Charles
Alachua County } O. Hampton and Rebecca Hampton his wife of the
aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by W.W. Hampton of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowl
edge have granted bargained sold and quit claimed and by these pres
ents do grant bargain sell convey and quit claim unto him the said
W.W. Hampton and to his heirs and assigns all that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit an undivided one fourth interest in the North East quarter
of the North East quarter and the East half of the East half of the
North West quarter of the north East quarter of Section (36) Thirty Six
in Township (9) Nine South of Range (22) Twenty two East and Con
taining (50) fifty acres of land more or less, being all the interest
of the said C.O. Hampton and Rebecca Hampton on and to the same
Containing by estimation fifty acres of land more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur
tenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto him the said W.W. Hampton
and to his heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever all
