Contract between Pauline V. Luttichau, represented by H.V. Luttichau
and Sue V. Luttichau as her Guardian of the first part and Susan President
Colored of the second part, This agreement witnesseth: That Susan
President Colored of Waldo County of Alachua State of Florida and H.V.
Luttichau and Sue V. Luttichau as Guardians of Pauline V. Luttichau of
Earleton County of Alachua State of Florida have agreed together at
Earleton this thirty first day of March AD 1891 and do agree mutually
and promise to each other as follows, The said Susan President in
Consideration of these premises hereinafter made by H.V. Luttichau and
Sue V. Luttichau as guardian of Pauline V. Luttichau doth promise Cov
enant and agree with H.V. Luttichau and Sue V. Luttichau as Guardians
of Pauline V. Luttichau that she hereby relinquishes and releases all and
Every claim whatsoever to the female child Known and designated
as Mary Ann President, until said Child arrives at the age of
Twenty one, Said child being at these writings about Six Years old
And the said H.V. Luttichau and Sue V. Luttichau as Guardians of
Pauline V. Luttichau in Consideration of the promises hereinbefore made
by Susan President Colored do on their part promise Covenant and
agree with the said Susan President Col to take full Charge of the
Said Child Mary Ann until she is of the age of twenty one and they
further agree to cloth and feed said Child, give the said Child
a fair Education and to train her up as housemaid and Cook
