W. Bonnell has been Established and duly Consumated in Conformity to
law for the South half of the North East quarter and the South half
of the North West quarter of Section Five in Township Nine South
of Range Sixteen East of Tallahassee Meridian in Florida Contain
ing one hundred and fifty acres and fifty one hundredths of
an acre, according to the official Plat of the Survey of the said land
returned to the General Land office by the Surveyor General, Now Know
ye That there is therefore granted by the United States unto the said
Anthony W. Bonnell the tract of land above described, To have and
to hold the said tract of land with the appurtenances thereof unto
the said Anthony W. Bonnell and to his heirs and assigns forever
In testimony whereof I Benjamin Harrison President of the United
States of America have Caused these letters to be made Patent and the
Seal of the General Land Office to be hereunto affixed, Given under my
hand at the City of Washington the twenty ninth day of April in
the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ninety and of

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Esther
Alachua County } M. Powell and her husband Benjamin W. Powell
of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration of the sum
of Twenty Five dollars to us in hand paid by Joseph Stafford
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto him
the said Joseph Stafford all of that certain lot piece tract or
parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit
it being and lying on the Western side of lots Surveyed by C.S.
Welds on the 7th day of Sept 1868 it being lot number Twenty (20)
of said Survey as represented on the Map of said survey of
thirty one acres lots, and the whole being a part of what was
known as the Payne tract in Micanopy Section 26, T11 R20
of the Arredondo Grant, containing by estimation one acre more
or less. Together with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging or in any
wise appertaining. To have and to hold the same unto
the said Joseph Stafford and to his heirs Executors
