Mrs Margaret M. Myers Wife of W.M. Myers the grantor in the foregoing
Conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign the said Deed of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing relin
quishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to the land in said
Deed described and that said relinquishments and renunciation of Dower
was done and made by her freely and Voluntarily and without any Com
pulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

For the purpose of a new road to be Called Belvedere Ave,
we the undersigned owners of the lands over which such road
will have to be built agree to give 15 feet of land all along
such road, and we also agree to Keep such road open now
and forever. We also agree to give and help for the building
of such road leading from Victoria Ave, 15 feet on Each side
of the half Section line of Sec 31, 32 and 33 T8 R22E to
the Waldo and Melrose road and to be 30 feet wide, This
agreement to be recorded and to be binding to the Undersigners forever
