any unauthorized trespassing on their lands,
And it is further agreed by James B. Brown with and to
Jerry McCaslin and Martha McCaslin to relinquish his
ownership in property Known as Camp Houses and Enclosure
when the said James B. Brown has Ceased to mine Phosphate
and Phosphate Rock on aforesaid lands
This Contract shall remain force full effect and Virtue as
long as the provisions herein Contained are Complied with
It is also agreed that James B. Brown shall make
all payments to and to the order of Martha McCaslin
In Testimony we have hereunto affixed our signatures
and seals this 8th day of April AD 1891
