State of Florida } Whereas on the 24th day of November AD 1866 one
Alachua County   } G.H. Miller as Executor of the last Will and Testament
of John L. Younge deceased, sold and conveyed to Mrs Margaret L. Rich-
ardson the property herein after described, to have and to hold for and
during her natural life, and thereafter to go to and belong to her Children
born or begatten during her Coverture with her husband James M. Richardson
in fee simple absolute forever, And whereas there were born unto the said
Margaret L. Richardson and James M. Richardson three Children to wit
Sarah H. Richardson who afterwards intermarried with one George S. Merchant
Irene I. Richardson who afterwards intermarried with one H.H. McCreary
and James M. Richardson, and whereas the said Margaret L. Richardson
departed this life on the Seventh day of May AD 1891, leaving Surviving
her the said three Children Sarah H. Merchant Irene I. McCreary and
James M. Richardson, and whereas the Said James M. Richardson sold
and conveyed by proper deed of warranty his undivided one third interest
in the property hereinafter described to the said Sarah H. Merchant and She
the said Sarah H. Merchant is now entitled to a two thirds interest in the
same, and whereas the said Irene McCreary and her husband H.H.
McCreary have this day Conveyed to the said Sarah H. Merchant all of their
interest in (78) Seventy Eight feet by (120) one hundred & twenty feet in the
North East Corner of Lot (2) Two in Block (5) Five Range (3) Three of
the original Survey of the town of Gainesville, as more fully appears in
their deed, Now therefore Know all men by these Presents that the said
Sarah H. Merchant and George S. Merchant her husband in Consideration
of the premises aforesaid and for and in Consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($1000) to us in hand paid by the said Irene I. McCreary the re
Ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and
Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell Convey and Confirm
unto the said Irene I. McCreary and her heirs and assigns forever an
undivided two third interest in and to all that Certain lot tract piece
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the City of Gainesville
Alachua County State of Florida and Known and described as follows
to wit, That part or portion of Lot Two 2 in Block 5 Five in Range
3 Three of the original Survey of the Said town of Gainesville particu
larly described as follows to wit: Beginning at a Point (80) Eighty feet
East of the North West Corner of Said lot (2) Two in Block (5) Five Range
(3) Three of the Original Survey of said town of Gainesville and running
South (120) One hundred & twenty feet, Thence East (39) Thirty nine feet
Thence North (120) one hundred & twenty feet, and thence West (39) Thirty
nine feet to the place of beginning, being all of the right title and
interest of every nature and Character whatsoever owned and
held by the Grantors in and to the said Property, and every part
