The State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County       } Hattie E. Robinson and D.A. Robinson her hus
band, L.A. Kennedy B.F. Kennedy, H.E. Kennedy W.A. Kennedy bachelors
and Willie Kennedy heirs at law of William H. Kennedy deceased late
of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration of the
sum of Five Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by John W.
Kennedy of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
conveyed and quit claimed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell Convey and quit claim unto him the said John W. Kennedy all that
certain lot piece or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the
County of Alachua State of Florida, particularly Known and described
as follows to wit, The North half of the South West Quarter of Sec
tion Six (6) in Township Seven South of Range Nineteen East
Containing by estimation Eighty Acres of land more or less, Together
with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, To have
and to hold the same unto him the said John W. Kennedy and to
his heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever, all and
every my right title interest claim and demand of evert Character
whatsoever which I have in and to the said property and every
part and parcel thereof, In witness whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and affixed our seals on this twenty third day of August AD 1890

The State of Florida } I hereby Certify that on this 23rd day of
Alachua County       } August AD 1890 before me personally ap
peared Mrs Hattie E. Robertson wife of D.A. Robertson the grantor
in the foregoing Conveyance who being first duly Questioned and
Examined by me separate and apart from her said husband says
and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of
Conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing renouncing and
Conveying her right of dower in and to the land in said deed described
and that said relinquishment renunciation and Conveyance of
Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any Compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband
