This Indenture made this 15th day of May AD 1891 between William
H. Baker party of the first part and the Jacksonville Santa Fe Hard Rock
Phosphate Company a Corporation under the laws of the State of Florida
of the second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in Consideration of the sum of One Dollar to him Cash in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath remised
released and quit claimed and doth hereby remise release and quit claim
unto the party of the second part and its successors forever, all his
right title and interest in and to the following described lands Situate
in Alachua County Florida to wit; the East half of the North East quarter
and the North half of the South West quarter and the North half of
the south East quarter of Section number Thirty two (32) and the South
East quarter of the North West quarter, and the North half of the South
West quarter of Section Number Thirty Three, all in Township number
Seven (7) South of Range Sixteen East, To have and to hold the above
mentioned and described premises unto the party of the second part and
its successors forever, In witness whereof the said party of the first
part hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written

Be it remembered that on this 15th day of May AD 1891 personally ap
peared before me in Duval County Florida William H. Baker who did
