in Conformity to law for the North West quarter of Section One in 
Township Eight South of Range Seventeen East of Tallahassee Meridian 
in Florida Containing one hundred and fifty nine acres and fifty hund
redths of an acre According to the Official plat of the survey of the said 
Land returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General
Now Know ye That there is therefore granted by the United States unto the 
said Lee Lions the tract of land above described, To have and to hold the 
said tract of Land with the appurtenances thereof unto the said Lee Lions 
and to his heirs and assigns forever. In testimony whereof I Benjamin 
Harrison President of the United States of America have Caused these letters 
to be made Patent and the seal of the General Land Office to be hereunto 
affixed, Given under my hand at the City of Washington the third day 
of July in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we J.W. Williams
Alachua County   } L.A. Barnes James Doig E.E. Voyle and H. Magee all
of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration of the sum
of One Dollar to us in hand paid by The Florida Moss Hair Com
pany of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
Convey unto them the Florida Moss Hair Company (of Gainesville
Florida) the following described land, all that Certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida particularly Known and described as
follows to wit, The North East quarter (NE1/4) of Lot number Twenty
(20) of the South half of Section Thirty two (32) Township Nine (9) South
of Range Twenty (20) East as the same appears on and according to
a Map or plat made by W.C. Miller a Civil Engineer and Surveyor
which plat or map is duly recorded in Deed Book "K" on page
203 the same being one of the public records of said County of
Alachua and Containing by estimation two and one half acres
of land more or less, Together with all and singular the tene
ements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining, To have and to hold the same
