Charles C. Lancaster
February Term 1891. Charles C. Lancaster
I Charles C. Lancaster a Citizen of Knoxville Tenn being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, hereby declare, made and publish this my last
will and Testament to wit,
1st I hereby give, bequeath devise and will to my wife, Maggie E. Lancaster
all property, real and personal and mixed, wherever situated that I may own
at the time of my death except that certain tract of land mentioned in the
next clause hereof,
The property disposed of in this clause present consists of
(1) all my rights title and interest in and to a Certain house and lot in
the town of Gainesville County of Alachua State of Florida being an undivided
Alabama
one half thereof together with certain indebtedness due me from my brother
R.A. Lancaster for the other undivided one half thereof (Erasure before Signing)
(2) about twenty five acres of land situated within last named County
(3) a tract of about 100 acres of land situated in Volusia County State of Florida
(4) Ally property that I may own in the State of Tennessee County of
Knox, This enumeration is not restrictive but only given as a mem
orandum of my property, except that devised in the 2nd clause hereof
and may change locality and form. It is my will and intention that
all property that I may own at the time of my death, whether now
owned by me or hereafter acquired, wherever situated, real personal
or mixed, except that mentioned in said 2nd Clause, shat vest at
my death absolutely in my said wife
2nd I will and devise to my Mother Susan R Lancaster a certain
tract of land containing four hundred acres, more or less, situated
in the County of Madison State of Tennessee and about twelve |
