But this special devise is subject to a debt of $150000 or there abouts which
I owe to my uncle in New York, Contracted for my Mother which debt is
hereby Charged on said farm as an encumbrance thereon, or if I pay said
debt said Susan is so Charged, or is said debt is increased, the full 
debt is so charged.
3d I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Maggie E. Lancaster Exec
utrix of this my last will & testament, I request her, out of my assets to
pay all my just debts except that named in 2nd Clause, and I excuse her
from giving bond & security.

This Indenture made this 1st day of June AD 1891, between Mrs
Maggie E. Lancaster widow of C.C. Lancaster deceased of Knoxville in
the State of Tennessee of the first part, and Robert A. Lancaster of
Alachua County Florida of the second part.  Witnesseth, That the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Fourteen Hundred Dollars ($1400 00) of which two hundred and Sixty
nine 00/100 Dollars ($26900) is this day to her in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and
the remainder Eleven Hundred and thirty oo/100 ($113000) is to be paid
by the second party to Mrs S.R. Lancaster being a debt due from the
Estate of C C Lancaster to said S.R. Lancaster which is assumed to
be paid by the second party for the first party: has granted bargain
ed sold and conveyed and does hereby grant bargain sell and
Convey unto the said party of the second part, the following described
premises to wit: the undivided half of all that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alach
ua State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
