Beginning at the South East corner of T.B. Ellis lot running thence
East Sixty Eight (68) feet to the beginning point where is buried a stone
Thence Continue East Eight nine 5/12 (89 5/12) feet along Liberty Street to a
fence between the land of W H Bracy and the lot herein conveyed, Thence
Northwardly along said fence One Hundred and fifty five (155) feet to
a stake, Thence west fifty five (55) feet to a stake, Thence north
forty Eight (48) feet to Pine Street, Thence West Thirty five feet 9 inches
to a stake Thence South Sixty (60) feet to a stake, Thence East Eight
feet 5 inches (8 5/12) to a stake. Thence South One hundred & forty four feet
4 inches (144 4/12) to the Point of beginning, the same lying and being in
lot No 20 of Brushs Addition to the City of Gainesville, with the herida
ments and appurtenances thereto appurtaining, hereby releasing all claim
to Homestead and Dower therein. To have and to hold the said premises
to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
And the said party of the first part for herself and for her heirs
Executors and Administrators does hereby covenant with the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns that she is lawfully seized
in fee simple of the premises above conveyed and has full power
authority and right to convey the same, that said premises are free
from all incumbrances and that she will forever warrant and defend
the said premises and the title thereof against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever In Witness whereof the said party of the
