grant bargain sell Convey and quit claim unto him the said
Cornelius Rain as Trustee aforesaid all that Certain lot, piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit
The South West Quarter, and the South East quarter of the North
West quarter of Section Thirty (30) Township Ten (10) Range Eighteen
(18) S & E and also the North half of the North West Quarter and
the South East quarter of the North West quarter of Section Thirty
One (31) Township Ten (10) Range Eighteen (18) S & E Containing by
Estimation 320 acres of land more or less, Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtinances to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, To have and to
hold the same unto him the said Cornelius Rain as Trustee a
foresaid and to his successors and assigns forever, all and every
my right title interest claim and demand of every Character what
soever which I have in deed to the said property and every part
and parcel thereof.     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this 3rd day of August AD 1891

Alachua County Florida has deposited in the General Land Office of

of Congress of the 24th of April 1820 entitled "An Act making further 
provision for the sale of the public lands" for the South West quar
