County of Alachua}  Five Dollars as part payment for land described
as follows to wit, S1/2 Lots 5 & 6 Sec 29 & NW1/4 NW1/4 quarter
of Sec No 32 in Township No 7 S of R 16 E Containing 119 Acres
And 97 hundredth, which I have this day sold to the said Z.P.
Freeman for the sum of Seventeen Hundred & fifty Dollars, the
balance to be paid as follows Ninety days from this date
and I hereby obligate myself my heirs and assigns to execute and
deliver to the said Z.P. Freeman his heirs executors and assigns
a good and sufficient warrantee deed to said lands free from
all encumbrances and an abstract of Title to same on payment
of balance of purchase money as herein specified,
