Eleven South of Range (19) East of the Arredondo Grant,
Containing (480) four Hundred and Eighty acres more or less, together
with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and Appur
tenancies to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, To have

be their free act and deed for the purposes therein expressed,
and the said Jemima Colding to me Known as the wife of Samuel
B. Colding on a separate and private examination by me taken
and made separate and apart from her said husband did
acknowledge that she made herself a party to and executed the
said instrument for the purpose of relinquishing her right
of dower in and to the property described therein and that She
Executed the same freely and voluntarily and without any Constraint
fear apprehension or Compulsion of or from her said husband
