Settlers on the Public Domain" and the acts supplemental thereto the 
claim of Peter Wilson has been established and duly Consumated in Conform
ity to law for the North Half of the South West quarter of Section Twenty Six
in Township Seven South of Range Nineteen East of Tallahassee Me
ridian in Florida Containing Eighty acres according to the Official Plat 
of the Survey of the said land returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor 
General, Now Know ye That there is therefore granted by the United States unto 
the said Peter Wilson the tract of Land above described, To have and to 
Hold the said tract of Land with the appurtenances thereof unto the said 
Peter Wilson and to his heirs and assigns forever, In testimony where
of I Benjamin Harrison President of the United States of America have 
Caused these letters to be made Patent and the seal of the General Land 
Office to be hereunto affixed, Given under my hand at the City of Washing
ton the Seventeenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand

County of Jefferson }  Katie C. Hill and Marcus H. Hill husband of
Mrs Katie C. Hill (who joins with her in the execution of this deed
for the purpose of enabling her to Convey her separate estate and
property in the Real Estate herein below described) of the County of
Jefferson State of Kentucky as the parties of the first part, for and
in Consideration of the sum of ($1000) One Thousand Dollars to
us in hand paid by Patrick J. Lynch of the County of Alachua
State of Florida party of the second part the receipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and Conveyed
and do by these presents grant bargain sell and Convey unto
the said Patrick J. Lynch all that certain Lot piece or parcel
of land Situate lying and being in what is Known as Brush's
Addition to the town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua
and State Florida, and particularly described as follows,
Beginning at the South East Corner of Block (9) Nine of said
Brushs addition to the town of Gainesville aforesaid and running
thence North wardly with the East line of said Brush's Addition
(100) One Hundred feet, thence Westwardly and parallel with
the South line of said Block (9) Nine (122 1/2) One
