State of Florida } Know all men by these presents: That I J.B.
Alachua County   } Martin of the aforesaid State and County, for and
in Consideration of the sum of One dollar to me in hand paid by the
Gainesville, Rocky Point and Micanopy Railroad Company, the re
ceipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto
the said Gainesville Rocky Point and Micanopy Railroad Company
their Executors administrators and assigns a right of way for
Road bed and sufficient dirt to Keep road in repair together
with full liberty and authority for the Gainesville Rocky Point
and Micanopy Railroad Company their Agents workmen or
assigns to use timber, soil and other Material Contiguous to
said Railroad for the purpose of building houses sheds fences
wells wharves, inclined, plains roads and Railroads and
All other appliances and Structures Necessary or Convenient
for Carrying on said business, the parcel or parcels of lands on
which said Right of way may be made and which is subject to this
Contract are as follows, Lot Fifteen (15) Leitner lands lying and
being in Lot - of the Moses E. Levy Grant within the Arre
dondo Grant in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
Containing forty acres more or less, In testimony whereof the party
of the first part have hereunto set his hand and seal 26" day of May AD 1891
