State of Florida } This Indenture made on the 10th day of December
Alachua County } in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight Hundred
and fifty Six between Musco Boulware and Serena Boulware his wife
of the first part, and Benjamin P. Boulware of the second part, all
of the State and County aforesaid, Witnesseth, That for and in Consideration
of the sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars to them in hand
paid at and before signing and sealing hereof the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged the said parties of the first part have bargained sold
given granted and Conveyed and by these presents do bargain sell give
grant and Convey and to the said party of the second part his heirs and
Assigns the follow plantation or parcels of land situated in the County
of Alachua "and State aforesaid and Known and described as follows
"that is to say" The NE quarter of Section Twenty One in Township
Nine, South of Range Twenty Two East, Containing One hundred and
fifty nine 12/100 Acres, also the South half of the North West quarter, and
the North half of the South West quarter" of Section Twenty One in Town
Ship Nine, South of Range Twenty two East, Containing one hundred
and fifty nine 12/100 Acres, also the North Half of the South East quar
ter, and the South Half of the North East quarter of Section Twenty in
Township Nine South of Range Twenty two East, Containing one
hundred and fifty nine 44/100 acres, To have and to hold the above
Mentioned and described parcels of land, together with all and
singular the improvements & appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining in fee simple forever, unto the
said party of the second part his heirs executors administrators
and assigns and the said parties of the first part for themselves
their heirs executors and administrators Covenant and agree with
the said party of the second part are seized in fee of the above
granted premises, that they are free from all incumbrances
that they have good right to sell and Convey the same to the said
party of the second part, and that they will and their heirs Exec
utors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same
forever, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns against the lawful claim and demands of all persons
