Alachua County       } Freeman of the aforesaid County and State for
and in Consideration of the sum of One Dollar to me in hand paid
by James Chesnut, John Haile and F.N. Pike, the latter of Virginia
the others of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold Conveyed
And quit claimed and by these presents do grant bargain sell Convey and
Quit claim unto them the said James Chesnut John Haile and F.N. Pike
all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly Known and
described as follows to wit: The South East Quarter (SE1/4) of Section
One Township Nine South of Range Sixteen East, Containing by
Estimation One hundred & Sixty acres of land more or less, Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining, To have and to
