County of Alachua } part payment for land described as follows, The SW1/4 of
SW1/4, 13-9-17 and E2 of SE1/4 - 14-9-17- and NE4 of NE4 23-9-17 and W2
of NW4- 24-9-17 being two hundred & forty acres more or less, and all Phos
phates contained therein, which I have this day sold to the said E.C. Gordon
Trustee for the sum of Twenty four Hundred Dollars, The balance to be paid
as follows on the first day of July AD 1891, and I hereby obligate myself heirs
Executors and assigns to execute and deliver to the said E.C. Gordon Trustee his
heirs executors and assigns a good and sufficient Warrantee deed to the said
lands free from all encumbrances and an abstract of title on payment of
balance of purchase money as herein Specified,
