deceased has been established and duly Consumated in Conformity to law 
for the North West quarter of Section Five in Township Nine South of 
Range Seventeen East of Tallahassee Meridian in Florida Containing one 
hundred and Sixty acres and Eighty seven hundredths of an acre, According 
to the official plat of the Survey of the said Land returned to the General 
Land office by the Surveyor General, Now Know ye That there is therefore Gran
ted by the United States unto the said Eliza Huggins the tract of land above 
described: To have and to Hold the said tract of land with the appurtenances 
thereof unto the said Eliza Huggins and to her heirs and assigns forever

of America have Caused these letters to be made Patent and the seal of

This Indenture made the Seventeenth day of April in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ninety one, Between Christopher
C. Robertson and Sara F. Robertson his wife of the County of Duval
and State of Florida of the first part and The Columbian Phosphate
Company a Corporation organized and doing business under the laws
of the State of Florida of -- of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in Consideration of the sum of Thirty one
Thousand ($3100000) Dollars lawful money of the United States of
America to them in hand paid by the said party of the Second part at
or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
released Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien remise release Convey and Confirm unto the said party of the
second part and its successors and assigns forever, all those certain
pieces parcels lots and tracts of land situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows, all of
Section Thirty Six (36) in Township Seven (7) South of Range Fifteen
(15) East Containing Six Hundred and forty (640) Acres more or
