Know all men by these presents that I Charles Crafts Shooter here
tofore of Waldo in the State of Florida in the United States of America
Farmer and Orange Grower and now temporarily residing at No 12
Montpellier Parade Karrogate in the County of York in England
do hereby appoint my brother Herbert Shooter of Waldo aforesaid
Farmer and Orange Grower my attorney in my name or on my behalf
to demand recover and take possession of all and singular the
property estate and effects whatsoever real as well as personal
now belonging or which shall hereafter belong to me in the State
of Florida aforesaid, and in my name and on my behalf to pur
chase and acquire any lands buildings Chattels or effects as may
be thought necessary for any of the purposes authorized by these
presents and to take proceedings for me and in my name for
the foreclosure of any mortgage or mortgages in which I am
or may be interested or to take possession of the mortgaged prem
ises, and upon obtaining possession of any of the property or
effects before referred to to execute and Give all proper releases
and discharges for the Same and thereupon to let Sell dispose
of Manage or employ the same or any part or parts thereof res
pectively in such manner as the said Herbert Shooter Shall
think proper and expedient, And for me and in my name and
as my act and deed to Sign Seal execute acknowledge and
deliver in the said State of Florida according to the laws for
the time being in force, there such deed or deeds instrument
or instruments and Notarial act or acts as may be deemed
requisite or expedient for Conveying and transferring or other
use effectually assuring all or any of my property estate
or effects in the said State, and also by the Same or any
