State of Texas } Know all men by these presents that we grantors
Dewitt County  } whose names all signed hereto, R W Dodd & his wife
Rosa Dodd, T M Dodd and his wife Irene Dodd, W A Hulse and his
wife Mary A Hulse, Thomas M thrift and his wife Mary A Thrift,
T M Hulse & his wife Margaret Z Hulse, J. P. Dodd T N Anderson and
his wife J E Anderson, T B Lofton and his wife N L Lofton, J W Poindexter
and his wife J E Poindexter of the aforesaid County and State for and in
Consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1 00) to me in hand paid by Jacob
E Dodd of the County of Alachua in the state of Florida the receipt where
of we do hereby acknowledge have grant bargain sold Conveyed and
quit claimed and by these presents do grant bargain sell convey and
quit claim unto him the said Jacob E Dodd all those certain lots
pieces tracts or parcels of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to Wit, In the "Arredondo Grant" the same being a part or portion
of one thousand acre tract or grant of land described upon and
known on the maps of the said "Arredondo Grant" as the "D L Clinch
Grant of one thousand acres particularly described according
to a par&at map or plat of said D L Clinch Trant surveyed
layed out and made by W C Miller Civil Engineer and dated Nov
24 AD 1879 as being Lots No Four (4) and Five (5), also Section
Ten (10) and west half of South west quarter of Section Eleven (11)
Township Seven (7) Range Eighteen (18) south and East Containing by
Estimation Seven hundred and Thirty three (733) acres of land more or 
less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appurtaining. To
have and to hold the same unto him the said Jacob E Dodd and
to his heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever, all and every
my right title interest clam and demand of every character what
soever which we have on and to the said property and every part
and parcel thereof, In witness where of we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals this 4th day of December AD 1890
