Rosa Dodd T M Dodd and his wife Irene Dodd W A Hulse and his wife
May A Hulse all known to me to be the persons whose names are
subscribed to the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me they signed
sealed and delivered the same for the purposes and considerations therein
Expressed and the said Rosa Dodd Irene Dodd & Mary A Hulse
wives as aforesaid and the grantors on the forgoing conveyance who being
first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from there
said husbands say and acknowledge before me that they did sign the
said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing renouncing
and conveying to Jacob E Dodd on and to the land on said deed described
and that said relinquishment renunciation and conveyance to said Jacob E Dodd
was done and made by them freely and voluntarily and without any Com
pulsion Constraint apprehension or fear or from their husbands
