J E Poindexter wives as aforesaid and the grantors on foregoing conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and a part
from their husbands say and acknowledge before me that they did sign this
said deed of conveyance for the purposs of releasing relinquishing renouncing
and conveying to Jacob E Dodd in nd to the land and said deed described and
that said relinquishment renunciation and conveyance to said J E Dodd was
done and made by them freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from their husbands

Remington of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars to us in hand paid by William E Davies of the County of Thomas
in the State of Georgia the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowldge have granted
bargained sold Conveyed and quit claimed and by these presents do grant bar
