WE Davies    Thomas County       } Know all men by these presents that Edward S Rem-
ington and Jane Remington legal heirs of E Remington of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars to
us in hand paid by William E Davies of the County of thomas in the 
State of Georgia the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold conveyed and quit claimed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell convey and quit claim unto him the said William
E Davies all that certain lot parcel tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the counties of Levy & Alachua State of Florida partic
ularly known and described as follows to wit: West half and the North
East quarter of Section Thirty four (34) Township Eleven (11) Range
Fourteen (14) South & East, also Section four (4) Township Twelve (12)
Range Fourteen (14) south & East containing in all Eleven Hundred
