in the County of Alachua State of Florida, said described land being the
same that was Conveyed to Dr Geo C. Richards by K.F. Sheffield on the
31st day of October 1884, Same recorded in Deed Book "W" pages 113 & 114 in
Alachua County in the State of Florida, To have and to hold unto said Nannie
Richards, together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
with every privilege, Right title interest and estate thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the same in fee Simple
forever. In witness whereof the said party of the first has hereunto set
his hand and seal on this the 15th day of October 1891

Homestead Certificate No 7270 } The United States of America, To all whom
Application 13704             } these presents Shall come Greeting. Whereas There 
has been deposited in the General Land Office of the United States a Certificate 
of the Register of the Land Office at Gainesville Florida whereby it appears 
that pursuant to the act of Congress approved 20th May 1862 "To Secure 
Homesteads to actual Settlers on the Public Domain," and the Acts supple
mental thereto the claim of Sarah Douglass widow of William Douglass
deceased has been established and duly Consumated, in Conformity to law, for 
the North East quarter of the North West quarter, and the North half
of the North East quarter of Section Seven, and the South East quarter
of the South East quarter of Section Six in Township Eight South of Range 
Sixteen East of Tallahassee Meridian in Florida Containing one hundred
and Sixty acres and Sixty nine hundredths of an Acre, according to the 
Official plat of the Survey of the Said land, returned to the General Land 
Office by the Surveyor General. Now Know ye, That there is therefore grant
ed by the United States unto the Said Sarah Douglass the tract of land 
above described: To have and to hold the said tract of Land with the 
appurtenances thereof, unto the said Sarah Douglass and to her heirs
