longing or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the same unto him
the said William E Davies and to his heirs Executors administrators and
assigns forever all and every my right title interest claim and demand
of every character whatsoever which I have in and to the said property
and every part and parcel thereof, In witness whereof we have hereunto
set our hand and affixed our seals on this 31st day of March AD 1890

The State of Georgia} I hereby certify that on this 31st day of March AD 1890
Thomas County       } before me personally appeared Mrs Jane Remington wife
of Edward S Remington the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being
first duly questioned and Examined by me separate and apart from her
said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing renouncing
and conveying any and all Interest & Title as well all right of dower in
and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment 
renunciation and Conveyance was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without and compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband        }
