Peter S. Bower the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly ques
tioned and examined by me. separate and apart from her said husband says
and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of Conveyance for
the purpose of releasing, relinquishing renouncing and conveying her separate
Estate on and to the land insaid deed described and that said relinquishment
renunciation and conveyance of her separate estate was done and made by her
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.

State for and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars to us in
hand paid by William E Davies of the county of Thomas in the State of
Georgia the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained
said conveyed and quit claimed and by by these presents do grant bargain
sell convey and quit claim unto him the said William E Davies all
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
