Providence County        } S Remington and Ida T Remington his wife
legal heirs of Edward Remington deceased of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Ten (10) Dollars to them
in hand paid by William E Davies of the County of Thomas in the
State of Georgia the receipts whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold conveyedand quit claimed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and quit claim unto him the said William E

taining by estimation 3079 acres more or less, Together with all and
singular the tenements heriditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the same
unto him the said William E Davies and to his heirs and Executors
