^be made by the Said Company in the payment of moneys as provided
and set forth said indentures, the said Company shall be permitted
to sell and dispose of the lands or any part thereof, and whereas
up to this time no such default has been made by the said Company
Now Therefor Know ye That we the Trustees aforesaid in Consideration of
the premises do by these presents remise release and forever quit claim to
The Lake City Land and Timber Company and its successors and assigns all
our right title and interest in and to the lands mentioned and descri
bed in the foregoing Conveyance of the Land and Trust Company of Florida
(Limited) To have and to hold unto the said Lake City Land and Timber
Company and to its successors and assigns forever, In witness Whereof The
said Charles Townshend Murdoch, Sir Charles Edward Lewis and James Grahame
by James M. Schumacher their attorney-in-fact in pursuance of a Power
of attorney bearing date the 21st day of October 1890 have hereunto set their hands
